Last Sunday, Ben ad Julia took Liz & Lou to the Kangaroo Creek Farm just outside of Kelowna in beautiful BC, Canada. We had an amazing time visiting the kangaroos, joeys, sugar gliders, ponies, llamas, goats, emus and much more. We all had the chance to hold a Joey (baby kangaroo) and Ben even got to hold a sugar glider and her baby.
We highly recommend that you arrive early! There are limited hours to visit the farm, and it is only open from mid spring to mid fall. We arrived at 9:30 am and only had to pay half price for the adult admission (which ended up being $5 each, regular price is $10 each after 10 am). The Kangaroos are more interactive early in the morning and there isn’t a huge line to hold the joeys.
